El Paisa and Paisa II are the best tacos place you can find in the town. It is good price, good taste, and fast service. It is very local place and may not be the most clean and fancy one. It is a little left front of Mercado Hidalgo if you put Mercado behind you. If you want some tacos in Guanajuato, that is the place to go (because street tacos in Guanajuato are actually not that good!)

En realidad es en el Paisa I, que está ubicado a un lado del II. Los tacos de suadero son muy ricos y puedes pedir aguas frescas

Si no vives en México y extrañas los taquitos, el Paisa es la mejor opción, ¡los de suadero están 🤤! y sus aguas frescas son las más deliciosas en Guanajuato.
