It was a peaceful and quiet stay

Michelle was great, but the place is not what I expected. AC did not work whatsoever, sort of in an unsafe area, further away from downtown than expected, and the place wasn’t super clean. The apartment still needs some work, floors were broken/had unsafe areas. Enjoyed my time, but not what I was hoping for.

Was great having toiletries provided

Fun and funky spot to call homebase while in downtown. Not quite walkable to stuff, but driving got us everywhere in 5 mins or so. Gated parking was appreciated. Pool was closed while we were there (mid-Aug 2024) so if that's important to you be sure to inquire ahead of time. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon, and things happen, no worries. Bring some houseshoes for the gorgeous but bumpy & wonky old flooring-- adds character. Seriously interesting architecture from an old gem of a building, and this host has certainly made it comfy and thoughtful stay.
