Good stay in Kingston

Wonderful place to stay the breakfast was the best thank you guys

The location was excellent perfect for exploring the area with ease. However, the room itself had several hygiene and maintenance issues that could be resolved with a thorough deep clean. We noticed mould and stains on the pillows, ants on the kitchen surfaces, a dirty floor with hair from previous guests, and two cockroaches in the bathroom, likely coming from the shower drain. While we understand this is a tropical climate, these issues were concerning enough to purchase our own cleaning supplies.

Additionally, the hot water signage was unclear, which led to confusion on our first night. When we raised the issue, we were told the signage was incorrect which we appreciated but the follow-up felt somewhat dismissive, especially given that we had already tried turning the tap both ways to troubleshoot but there is a sweet spot for the tap control.

These are fixable concerns, with attention to cleanliness and clearer communication, the overall experience could be greatly improved.

This is a great place to be nice and secluded. The garden is awesome my allergies just won’t permit me to enjoy this.
