We booked the trip one month in advance and was only told the place was cancelled in the last day. The host is irresponsible in communication and owed us an explanation for what happened.

First off, the house was hands down one of the best Airbnbs I've ever seen! It looks exactly like the pictures and is in a great location. The house was spotless. CAUTION, there were a few issues. HOST: REPLACE PROPERTY MANAGER!
1. Last minute, we were given an hour delay to check in.
2. There are 3 codes to get inside: the 1st code through the gate worked, the 2nd code to the building was turned off & elevator code stopped working & anyone in the building could enter our unit. We reported it to the host and got response back that they would handle it the next day and did not.
3. We were given only 5 towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 9 girls for a 4 day stay. On day 2, we asked for more towels and toilet paper and were told they would be delivered right away. We reminded the host over the next 2 days & they were NEVER delivered. Host denied reimbursement but Airbnb reimbursed. IF YOU STAY HERE BUY TOWELS & TOILET PAPER, DON'T WAIT! :)

Absolutely wow this listing was. Me and my group were staying here in south beach Miami for a bachelor party and we absolutely loved the place. It was extremely spacious and clean and we really enjoyed everything about it, from the outdoor space to the large kitchen area, Roami was also very quick to be responsive and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend.
