Yuuki is an excellent host! From the beginning of our communications to the last day of my stay, he was available and responsive. Yuuki was happy to offer recommendations in the neighborhood, or anywhere in DC, and was an excellent source of information. The space is clean, and the bed and comforter were especially cozy. It's small, but served my purposes perfectly, and the price for the neighborhood can't be beat! There are a number of restaurants in easy walking distance, and you're only a half mile away from bustling Georgetown. They do have two young children who wake up early, but the family is delightful, and the kids couldn't be any cuter. I wake up early, too, so this was not an issue. I had a wonderful stay, and recommend this airbnb highly.

This place is a golden gem in this city. It’s close to everything either by walking or by taking Lyft/Uber. There’s a ton of great culture around. Yuuki was super accommodating, we had to check in a little early and he was awesome about letting us come in when we needed to. It’s easy access so you can come and go. Not to mention he had the best recommendations for food and nearby places to visit. The suite itself is awesome, it’s very private with its own bathroom and the host allows you to access his kitchen when needed. I can tell you that I plan to return to DC and when I do this is 100% the place I would stay at. I can’t say it enough Yuuki and his family are so nice and willing to offer suggestions when needed. Best Air B n B experience I’ve ever had.

Ps. The bed is super comfy.

This is not a “your whole place” as advertised. This is a room in a house. To get to the room you need literally go through the kitchen. There is no door to the room just a folding partition. So you can hear every single word and smell the food they cook.
They have two young children who get up early so you will be awake early too.
But the location is good and the host is very friendly and helpful.
But overall very misleading information. I stayed in about a dozen AirBnb places and this is the worst.

Yuuki and family are such gracious hosts. They made me feel welcomed and my stay really was very pleasant. I found the room comfortable, clean and quiet. They have a nice space and a fantastic location, close to all sorts of city amenities and very easy commute to downtown and DC attractions.
