I had my photo session experience with Francisco, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I waited for Francisco, but another photographer was sent instead. Although the substitute photographer was polite and conducted the session well despite a slight delay, I decided to wait and form my own opinion.

However, the photos took much longer than promised to be delivered. I had to reach out and ask for the link to view my pictures. After selecting my photos and asking a few questions, I still have not received my final photo nor have I received any further communication.

Another point of confusion was regarding the package: it was initially understood that it included 10 photos, but in fact, only one photo was included, and the others needed to be purchased separately.

In summary, I returned from New York to Brazil without receiving my photos and without having had a positive experience.
