The house is in a great location and overall excellent – very spacious with tasteful decoration. Even though the host changed our booking to this property just a few days before our trip, we ended up really liking it.

However, there were some downsides: a noticeable damp smell in the downstairs bathroom, and the double beds, while comfortable, were too small for two adults. Only one set of keys was provided for seven people, which made moving around independently quite inconvenient. We also had an unexpected guest – a mouse upstairs that appeared when the house was quiet. The host did not allow early check-in or late check-out, even though we were traveling with a baby, forcing us to wait several hours before entering. Communication could also have been quicker.

Finally, guests should be extra careful with their belongings – we left a camera unattended for just a few minutes at the entrance, and it was stolen almost instantly.

A fuir, annonce bidon et hôte malhonnête. Plusieurs relances de ma part 48h et 24h avant mon arrivée et aucune nouvelle pour finalement essuyer une annulation à 5h du matin soit 4h avant de prendre le train. 2 enfants et moi-même sur le carreau !!!

We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful! Enjoyed our time in London. The unit was exactly as specified and ample space throughout. We had 2 families of 4 each and the accommodations were sufficient. The unit is a 4 story townhome, bedroom and bath on ground floor, living and kitchen on second and 3 additional rooms between 3rd and 4th floors. Really nice roof top views as well. There's a nearby convenient store so you can pick up extra toiletries, strongly recommended. Overall great unit!
