Martin stayed with us for one night to explore the Rocky Mountains. He was a lovely guest. Highly recommend!

I've been a host for 4+ years and this is my first time leaving a bad guest review :(. Unfortunately Martin just wasn't very respectful of us or our space. He clearly did not read the 3 sentence check-in instructions telling him to enter through the separate entrance that has a large sign for airbnb. Instead he tried multiple times to open our front door and rang our doorbell, waking my family up at 12:30AM. No guest has ever had trouble finding the appropriate entrance.

Inside our space there were food crumbs everywhere - on the desk, the night stand, the floor, and all over the bed. There was taco salad spilled all over the shag rug and I spent 1/2hour picking out dried rice and sauce. In his defense, we don't have check-out instructions, so guests normally do leave the place 'as is'. However - I don't feel like "please pick up after yourself if you spill food on the rug" is something that should need to be said.

Martin was friendly, clean, communicated well, and respectful of our property. Thanks for being a great guest!
