We live swimming here on the flat shallow rocks of Lake Huron and enjoy sunsets on this side or the island. A short hike in and you will hit the sandy beach and limestone floor of the water.

The only provincial park on Manitoulin Island! Featuring 15 kms of hiking trails spread across 4 routes, it's a great way to enjoy the northern shores of Lake Huron. Good for hikers of all abilities and ages!

Gorgeous place for a short or long hike. Flat terrain through the unique alvar ecosystems - imagine wide expanses of flat flat rock, mosses and lichens, peaceful cedar and tamarack forests. Oh, and the clear turquoise waters of Lake Huron. We love this place.
