Only a 500m walk along the edge of the field, or hop in the car and you'll be there in two minutes. Great farm shop and café restaurant. The shop has all the basics, along with some luxuries and gift ideas. They even have an on-site butcher and fishmonger.

Provided you're willing to wake up on the early side - 7 am, anyone? though it goes until noon - we have found loads of treasures, from enamelware drinks tubs to cheap retro art to wooden hangers and brand-new pillows - that have been absolute bargains. Some might find the rows and rows of vendors overwhelming, whereas others might find it on the small side - depending on what you're used to! - but come explore the car boot sale on every Sunday! Car needed, unless you're happy walking some 45 minutes each way.
