University Avenue, is a main commercial district. Great food and ethnic shops nearby. Platano, serves traditional El Salvadorian specialties.

Delicious El Salvadoran food. Get there by 2:30 for great lunch specials. If you haven't had a papusa then it's time. :) Try the avocado salad. If you like soda, try the "Cola Champagne." It tastes like cream soda but has its own thing going and I haven't seen it elsewhere. Every town has Sushi and Chinese.... not necessarily papusas.

The #8 combo with plantain and avocado salad is excellent and great value.

OMG AMAZINNNNG!!!! Get #8, although I think any papusa with the avocado salad and the plantains will be amazing. The red sauce is the bomb. Also, this is great for kids - they have a little play area in the back. Close to home! Yay.
