One of my favorite hiking spots. More of a pond than a lake really. There are several trails inside the preserve including one that goes the beach.

Hike the extensive trail system through the 444-acre forest, lake & wetland refuge. Watch for wildlife, including owls!

A fantastic place to take a hike. One of the trails will take you right down to the water on the sound. Lovely beach access, but very steep. Other trail is flat and easy.

You can hike to here from the guest house. Lovely forest walks.

great trails for hiking or running, the beach access is a bit steep but fun for a quick vertical challenge.
