Rent your bikes or bring your own here for repairs and if you're in the mood for a cycle or trail run, Trail and Tar does group cycles and runs which are a favourite with the locals. Pop in and ask about cycle/run times.

A great running group that you can join at any stage. Running through the Tokai Forrest. You can be a walker, beginner runner or great running. Fantastic place to meet please.
