One of Tokyo's new hottest restaurants, Beard serves up casual, creative bistro fare inspired by the peripatetic chef's travels. It's a small place, so reservations are recommended. Sunday brunch, featuring dense ricotto hot cakes (¥1200), is popular, too; bookings aren't accepted for brunch, so turn up early or just before closing.
