Situated in a small lane between the English Market (hence the "mutton") and St. Patrick's Street, the Mutton Lane Inn is a cozy spot for a drink during the day and social area at night. The clientele can be an eclectic mix of young, old, colourful and more. Children under 18s are strictly not permitted inside. To me there's little better on a rainy day in Cork than finding a spot in the Mutton Lane snug for a pint of Murphy's.
