World Class biathlon and cross country location. A family visit that is great for the skiing and snowshoeing and has some excellent bike trails and hiking in the summer

Fantastic nordic trails for skate skiing and classic. Rentals available. Dog loops available. Connects to UNBC via greenway trail. Also WONDERFUL XC biking trails.

Commonly referred to as 'Otway' here in Prince George, this is a great spot to go for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing! The facility includes 55km of groomed trails, night skiing, dog friendly trails and numerous snowshoe trails. There is a large, comfortable day lodge has heated washrooms, a wax room, kitchen, ski school, and equipment rentals. No better place to spend a day. Pack a picnic, some hot cocoa and ski the day away. If you get cold, stop by the fire pit and warm your toes.

This is a great place for skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Rentals and lessons are available there. In the other seasons Otway offers mountain biking and hiking opportunities.
