La Spezia daily grocery market open from 8 till 1 p.m. ; one of my favorite places and great for food lovers. The best spot to buy freshest fruits,vegetables and fish . Beautiful flowers too, everything at very very convenient prices , colorful, authentic, lively . I LOVE IT
