Taproot has their own ciders and other local ciders and beer on tap. They also have a great "Earth to table menu" that changes seasonally. They are focused on cooking with "gmo-free, organic, local and free-range livestock."

Amazing food and drinks. The staff is all great and the menu is always able to please all.
