No-frills gym with a pool. Cheaper than GymBox. They also have classes and reasonably priced personal training.

A full spa with Jacuzzi, steam, pool, and weight room. Just ask to 'try' the gym for a day and get a free pass. A well-deserved steam and sauna after a day of sight-seeing is worth fitting in.

NUFFIELD is a local gym where I have my membership. If you are interested you can pay £15 for a day pass, including the Spa/sauna & steam, separated both male and female.
