Upscale bar, on the water (wear a collar/dress nice). Amazing for sunset. Downstairs is Republica, which is more laid back dress code and just as good views.

Captain Baxter is the best cocktail bar in the area. Always busy outside area and spectacular views across the bay from the bar/restaurant area.
