While we prefer Smokin’ Jim’s for ribs (they’re mentioned below), a lot of locals disagree. Peebles is only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and they close for two months every year for vacation (July and August). Anyone who can do that and stay in business for 70+ years is doing something right.
