No trip to Suites Flamingo will be complete without lunch at Candoras right across the street. Famous with the locals for their food, but remember it's only open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 1:00 pm ish Our recommendation is the Birria. You can get a large order and share it. It is a pulled pork that is stewed for hours in a clay pot in it's delicious juices, served with fresh handmade tortillas, comes with small amounts of guacamole, onions, and beans as well as some pretty delicious hot sauces! Provecho! as we say in Mexico
