My favorit sushi place on island, located at the Ritz Carlton. It is a little pricey but well worth it :) weekends there is live music in the lobby

$$$ Reservations required. The best sushi in Cayman is at the Ritz Carlton. Though you can also find delicious options for a lower price at Mizu or Yoshi Sushi, here the fish is super fresh, the wasabi is real, and the service is exceptional. On Wednesdays, the Omakase menu is available at a reduced price.
