One of Vivonne's main attractions is its outdoor swimming complex, open during the summer season, from mid-June to early September. There is a large pool equipped with several swimming lines, a paddling pool for younger children and a water slide. In addition to swimming, there is a large lawn for sunbathing, a trampoline, table tennis, children's playground and a beach volleyball court. etc. The pool is in a park setting next to a river, where you can hire canoes/kayaks by the hour or for longer trips (half day, whole day etc) along the river. Also in Vivonne is the the ‘Gliss-Up’ water park, which falls within the category of extreme sports. It features a variety of different slides, a bit like ski pistes, which range from beginner to expert.
