Rose Bank Gardens lie on the edge of the Malvern Hills overlooking Great Malvern and started life as the grounds of Rose Bank, a Regency house that was gifted to the Town in 1918 by Mr Dyson Perrins and subsequently demolished in 1959. They offer access to the Malvern Hills and St Ann’s Well via the ‘99 steps’ foot path. Lee Morris and Tom Brown, from Malvern, Worcestershire, spent more than 100 hours creating the four images intending it to be an "anonymous gift" to the community. The town council said it had been urged by residents to allow the artwork to remain.
