Mariposa is hands-down the best ice cream! They make all their ice cream in-house and it's sooo good. They offer a variety of flavors, some unique and some traditional, so everyone can find something they like. They also make shakes, splits, and root beer floats. The shop is family-owned and most of the people who work there have been there for years. It's a favorite of Will Ferrell when he's in town, so you might just see him there!

Homemade ice cream, great flavors, good people. Limited hours, but worth hunting them down. Just made a top 7 or something list for best ice cream in the US.
