Locorotondo, as its name says in Italian, means round place. The snow-white town has a round shape and overlooks the nearby Martina Franca, giving one of the most iconic views of the Valle d’Itria. Among cummerse - typical houses - and flowered balconies, an aura of great care and harmony lingers in its narrow streets. It is really easy to give in to temptation to a typical aperitif or dine in one of its historic butcher shops, where meat is cooked over the stove.
