A must visit on your Barbados To do List! Swim with the horses on Sunday or Tuesday mornings. The grooms bathe the race horses from around 6.30am, we absolutely love to take our coffee and sandwiches and have breakfast on the beach before joining the horses for a swim.

This was where I was tossed into the water and told to “swim for your life!” Before 6:30am try to catch the race horses go for a swim with their trainers! Don’t pet or attempt to touch them. They move quite briskly in the water ahaha

The race horses are taken for a swim here many mornings (but mostly on Thursdays and Sundays) at 7 AM until about 9 AM. It is really cool to see them come and go and often you can even go and pet them. Very good photo opportunity. Early risers get your coffee thermos or bloody mary's and take the bus or a ZR down to Pebbles Beach and enjoy a very special treat. It's free! Go for a long walk on the beach after.

One of many great beaches in Barbados. Early mornings you can find the horses from Garrison being groomed at the beach and taken for swim. It's a must see event if you are love horses.

One of the best beaches, can walk for miles! Check out Cuzz Fish Shak in the parking lot, you will never have a fish sandwich like this again!!
