A waterfront city park with open spaces and a paved walking/cycling track. It is relatively close to the property.

This park is located on the south side of Chapparal. It is a little farther away from Chapparal Park, but it has less crowded pathways. There are beach volleyball courts and a playground on the far end of the park. You can usually find an older crowd of people here on the weekends.
