Latter day saint historic pioneer tour. 1.25 hours from Sterling. Free. Great for kids to tour the fort.

This is a historic site in Utah. The tours are great, and it's some of Utah's history to be treasured. They have a fantastic lawn area with picnic tables. It is peaceful and beautiful to sit and relax while eating your lunch, or just taking a break!

It is about 50 miles away. Drive time is about 45 minutes on paved roads. If you are a history buff or you have some Pioneer Ancestors in your blood lines, this is a good little stop to connect with how pioneers lived.
