The dog fence is the longest fence in the world, running from Dalby Queensland for 5300kms to Ceduna SA on The Great Australian Bite. It was originally built as the rabbit proof fence then extended, and now used as a barrier, keeping dingos north of the fence to protect the sheep country south.
