7.6 miles, They house birds of prey in need of medical care and for educational purposes. They have owls, eagles, hawks, ect... and give tours and flight demonstrations. Owls by moonlight event is great to do. I'd recommend advance reservations, especially now that they have reduced hours. Check website: www.thecenterforbirdsofprey.org

The exhibits and flight demonstrations are fantastic. Eagles, falcons, owls, hawks, kites and vultures on display and some even flying right past your head. What an awesome educational experience.
