Ψιλή άμμος, καταγάλανα νερά, αμμοθίνες με κέδρους και λευκά κρινάκια..παραλία ξακουστή για την ομορφιά της, αλλά έχεις δει τη μίση αν δεν την επισκεφτείς βράδυ με ξαστεριά!

The area is made up of white sand dunes and crystal clear waters that offer a unique swimming experience.

The most amazing blue-green waters in Greece. Golden sand beach. Always attractive but very crowded in August. Be well prepared with sun block, hats, lots of water and umbrella if you dont want to stay in the organized part of the beach. Nice seafood restaurants in the main village.

Simos is the most famous beach of Elafonisos, and the largest, too. Its peculiar shape has turned out to be the symbol of the island and people come on Elafonisos mostly because they have seen photos of Simos. Simos actually consists of two beaches, Frango and Sarakiniko which merge together and form a small sandspit. The white sand looks endless. In the summer there are cantinas offering drinks, sunbeds and parasols, but in the rest of the year there are no working facilities. On this beach there are almost no buildings but there is a camping site in the west end.
