True or not—Morris Bar also claims the same accolade—bartenders serve up an excellent version of the cocktail (made from pisco, limes, and foamy egg whites) in a wood-paneled room. Given its central location a stone’s throw from bustling Plaza Mayor, the Maury is a calming spot after a long day of sightseeing.
