A true gem in Southern Minnesota. This is a must stop if you are a fan of bourbon & whiskey. The grains for the spirits are grown and milled within 2 miles of the distillery! Tasting room is open: Hours: Thursday & Friday 4:00 - 10:00 Saturday 12:00 - 10:00

RockFilter Distillery is one town over, about a 10 minute drive from Caledonia. It's a great craft distillery with excellent cocktails. Plus, Spring Grove is a fun little town with lots of shops, too. Worth the drive! Open Thu - Sat nights.

Our region's new farm-to-glass distillery! Eclectic tasting room is open Thurs, Fri and Sat nights 4pm-10pm with special hours for community events. Cocktails feature RockFilter bourbons and rye, with seasonal accoutrements such as rhubarb(!), lemonbalm(!) and blackcap raspberry(!). Google the name for details.
