A nice walk to see this very popular beach & dive spot. I can organise a guided Beach & Bay Tour for a nominal fee, so you get a local's perspective.

Fly Point has some of the best snorkeling and diving in NSW. Make sure you go on high tide. There is 2 dive shops in the bay that will hire snorkelling and diving gear. The best is Feet First Dive (49842092). You can also get fish food to feed fish, please don't feed fish with bread. The fish will come around your feet whilst being feed.

ly Point is located between Nelson Bay and Little Beach with spectacular sweeping views of the Bay. Fly Point is a protected aquatic sanctuary that offers some of the best shore diving and snorkelling in the State. Lush sponge gardens and kelp forests are just a few metres from the beach and home to pineapple fish, blue groupers, octopus, wobbegong sharks and even elusive seahorses. In Summer, juvenile tropical fish appear including butterfly fish, damsel fish, wrass and butterfly cod.
