Another prominent temple in Brickfields, Sri Kondaswamy Kovil Hindu Temple is a colourful, ornate shrine dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Muruga. A popular tourist attraction that dates to 1902, it is centrally located in Brickfields and its practices are strictly orthodox. The most impressive feature at this temple is its ‘gopuram’ (entrance gate) which is said to be the threshold between the material and spiritual world: it is decorated with carvings of hundreds of Hindu deity statues. Besides that, inside the temple is also a pavilion beside a serene, reflecting lotus pond and peacocks wandering through the main courtyard.

Sri Kandaswamy Kovil is a Hindu temple located along Jalan Scott, Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The temple is over a century old. It is one of the most prominent Sri Lankan Tamil or Ceylonese Tamil temples in Malaysia.

Not very sure if visitors are allowed, please check before going. Otherwise, a very beautiful temple from the outside
