in melbourne we've moved on from the regular sushi roll. the new sushis are the vietnamese paper rolls. to put simply, it is vermicelli, veggies and a variety of meats (chicken, fish, beef, duck, etc) wrapped in a translucent rice paper roll. readily available in any good vietnamese restaurants (except they get you to roll it yourself), Roll'd have done a great job in making it ready-made and an easy to eat take away food. It comes with a variety of sauces in little packets to enhance the experience, try the traditional "nuoc mam" sauce. grab it for take away and sit at the stairs of the library across the road and watch people go by
