Hidden speakeasy bar within Pink's hotdogs. Entrance is next to the bathroom's hand washing area. Craft cocktails are available with high-quality ingredients and a well-trained bartender.

The elusive Hotel Bar is tucked behind a discreet backdoor inside Pink’s at Shangri-la at the Fort. Thanks to its dark interiors, intimate table settings, and no-nonsense menu, it’s probably one of Manila’s best (and most underrated) speakeasies. It’s a casual and contemporary space, with their playlist leaning more on hip-hop rather than jazz; and, if that’s not the best part, get this: you can order snacks from the famed Hollywood hotdog joint to go with your cocktails!

Hotel Bar is the speakeasy offshoot of Pink’s Hotdogs. Although the secret pub only has 11 classic cocktails on the menu, their skilled bartenders can whip up a variety of handcrafted drinks upon request. Grab an Old Fashioned to go with your Tokyo Dog (P250) and fuel up for the night ahead.
