Elsa is a Michelin star restaurant located on the Monte-Carlo Beach club area based below the property within walking distance it is one of the most beautiful dining experiences, with exceptional sea views and top class service, ideal if you are seeking a luxury evening and memorable experience. Both lunch or dinner will give you a unique experience here, due to the breathtaking view from day to night. I suggest to arrive when it is still daylight and enjoy the magical scenery until the late hours as the view becomes even more splendid. It is a very peaceful romantic place on the waterside. I advise to make a reservation in advance to guarantee an outdoor table. High prices.
