If you love nature, Bokskogen with its wonderful sourundings is something you must explore. Take a relaxing walk or exercise with a power walk on the perfect trecking paths. If you want some workout there is also an outside gym available.

Nice, hilly, forest area with plenty of footpaths. Also great for jogging. Adventure track for kids.
