Just 15km from Hua Hin going South. You can wonder around the Reservoir or sample the street food down by the temple. Enter the temple along the fishing jetty and climb up to the large golden Buddha. You can get access to the beach by climbing the path over the rocks

Be sure not to confuse Khao Tao (meaning mountain) with the island in the south of thailand. Koh Tao (‘koh’ meaning island). Situated les then 2.5 kilometres from the villa, this fishing village remains largely untouched by the waves of modernity. The biggest attractions in the area are the secluded bay, Haad Sai Noi and the large Khao Tao Temple. The temple is not something that will go unnoticed; it is difficult to ignore the huge golden Buddhas residing amid the hills, several caves and the shrine. Beside the temple is a gorgeous little fishing village where you can sit and enjoy a drink and a som tam in a local café.
