You might miss this excellent, reasonably priced gem of a restaurant if you don't know it's there. On the second floor over Churton Street with a view of the Old Courthouse. Great menu if you like fresh seafood, good sandwiches and salads.

I really love this place. Why? Scones and bisquits, southern style are served in the bread basket! Upstairs on historic Churton Street. Chalkboard menu out front with daily specials.

So one of my favorite restaurants is the Saratoga Grill in Hillsborough. I think this is how I discovered and fell in love with the little town. This little restaurant fits the bill for me, it's quiet, they have great specials and it's quaint (there's that word again). Their food is wonderful and my favorite is Honey Almond Salmon. They have scones also! Unfortunately for their patrons, they have scaled back their hours and only serve lunch Monday - Saturday
