Slightly "out the road" (about 3 miles) - Free Picnic and Fire area. All shelters (except the largest one) is first come first serve. Nice beach walk!

Great place to kayak with porpoises and possibly see whales. Has barbecue gazebos. Great place to look at amazing sea life during very low tides.

There is a fun little trail from shelter to shelter here to explore, but the beach here is fun to play on! Tip: in the summer bring a ziplock bag with you to pick salmon & thimble berries!
