This is a startup building full of energy, on the rooftop there is a (not so cheap) restaurant, but also a great garden with chicken, where you can sip a drink while enjoying the view!

You will need a bike or a car to get here. Rooftop restaurant (restaurant at the Bureau Amsterdam) located in an industrial building hosting several start up companies. Great view. The rooftop is covered with plants, trees, and a car :)
