Walk from the Spit bridge to Manly or opposite direction from Manly to Spit Bridge. Plenty of places to have a swim on a hot day & walk the national parks! Amazing views on the harbour.

The beginning of the Spit to Manly Walk. You can walk to the start via Seaforth from here or take the bus to the start. More fun to end up in Manly at the end. Or walk from Balgowlah to link up with the walk to the Spit and keep walking around to Balmoral, the Zoo and all the way in to the city

Spit to manly. Make your way to the spit bridge via bus or car. 10km walk via trail that weaves throughout coastal bush and headlands. Great views and exercise!
