It's cool and so parisian. The people who are living in Ménilmontant & Belleville love that little place so much that you can consider it as the center of the free world of Ménilmontant. Youl'll really need to have a walk in these little old belleville Street, Rue des Cascades, anytime in the afternoon or at night.

If you want to feel like a local this is the place to go. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and even have a coffee or beer on the terrace. I’m sure this place hasn’t change over the past 30 years but that is what makes it so charming. The perfect spot before visiting the lookout at the top of Park de Belleville!
