Norman aka "The Bearded Skipper" is PEI's unofficial ambassador. If you asked an artist to make a sketch of a quintessential fisherman, the finished product would likely resemble Norman Peters. This man has been fishing the North Shore of PEI for 40 years. He knows his stuff.
