The Westbury or Bratton White Horse is a hill figure on the escarpment of Salisbury Plain, approximately 1.5 mi east of Westbury in Wiltshire, England. Located on the edge of Bratton Downs and lying just below an Iron Age hill fort, it is the oldest of several white horses carved in Wiltshire
It is interesting to see the White Horse carved into the hill side and it's also visible from Loves Lane, where the cottage is located.
Great views from the top. This escarpment is the very beginning of Salisbury Plane. Good walks along the ridge line.
Stunning views from the top of the White Horse. Great way to blow away the cobwebs!
