The Antonis Tritsis Environmental & Sensitization Park is one of the last refuges of wild life in the urban environment of Athens and the largest oasis of organized green territory with an area of 1,200,000m2. Water dominates with 5 artificial small lakes providing a refuge to aquatic organisms but also birds that are observed by the Hellenic Ornithological Society.
